	How to Order Products
	You may order on this Web site or via the Customer Service phone, fax, or mailing address above. If you fax your order, please label any copies of the order as a confirming order only. Loyola Press is not responsible for duplication of a shipment or duplicate shipping costs if the confirming order is not clearly marked.

	Payment Policies
	Schools and parishes will be billed directly (accounts payable within 30 days). Orders from individuals must be prepaid. We accept MasterCard and VISA. For mail orders, please make checks and money orders payable to Loyola Press.

Shipping & Handling

Shipping and handling charges are additional and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges must be prepaid at time of order.** When shipping items to more than one destination, please place a separate order for each shipping destination. For example, if you wish to purchase 10 Loyola Press books and send 5 of these to one address and 5 of these to another address, you need to place 2 orders. **Exceptions: Schools/parishes/organizations that have opened an institutional account with Loyola Press, established credit, and requested billing will have their shipping charges added to their bill. Trade accounts that have established credit with Loyola Press will be billed for shipping based on actual shipping costs. 	Damaged Merchandise
	Please examine your shipment upon receipt. Damage and discrepancies with the materials ordered or invoiced need to be reported within 30 days of receipt by calling (800) 621-1008.

	Returns-please read carefully!
	Please check your shipment before marking any materials. Unmarked, unstamped materials in salable condition may be returned within six months of invoice. Returned merchandise must be accompanied by a copy of the original packing slip or invoice to be credited. Books showing wear through usage cannot be credited and will be donated to needy schools and parishes.
